Arrival terms of service

Arrival is a family organisation service that presents information imported from calendars and connected third-party services. An adult account owner is responsible for the account, the people they invite, and ensuring they are authorised to connect each data source.

Trials and subscriptions

The standard trial lasts 30 days without requiring a payment card. A valid offer may extend it. Trial limits are shown before registration. Paid subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. The exact price, renewal period and any discount are shown before checkout.

You can cancel through Billing in Arrival. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Removing a paid Arrival Board add-on disables its connected displays after the current paid period.

Connected services

Arrival depends on third-party providers, whose availability and formats can change. A connection is offered only after its access method and provider position have been assessed; availability in the interface is not a promise that every provider permits every use. We aim to keep approved read-only connections reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted imports. Always check the original school or calendar system for urgent or safety-critical information.

Acceptable use and closure

Do not connect data you are not authorised to access, attempt to bypass security, or use Arrival unlawfully. A household owner can export information, revoke sessions and schedule account deletion in Privacy & data controls, or contact support@arrival.family for help.

These launch terms are a clear operational baseline and may be updated before public release. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
