A short explanation for children and young people

How Arrival uses your information

Arrival helps your family see things such as lessons, homework, school lunches and events in one place. An adult in your household chooses what to connect and what appears.

What might appear?

Your name or nickname, lesson times, homework titles, lunch choices and school messages might appear. Arrival does not need your live location, photos, microphone or contacts.

Who can see it?

People signed in to your family’s private account, and any home Board the adult has connected. The Board hides descriptions and locations by default and blanks itself during quiet hours.

You have a say

If something is wrong, private, or you do not want it shown, tell an adult you trust or email support@arrival.family. We can help correct, hide or delete it. Your information is not sold or used to target adverts.

Remember: always check the original school system for urgent or important information.
